New Word of the Day: Foreploy

This one comes in via reader Graham Westwood, who says it's from a contest in the Washington Post. Does anyone have the URL? Anyway, today's entry is... bq. Foreploy: Any misrepresentation about yourself for the purpose of getting sex. Also includes misrepresentations about the other person for the purpose of obtaining sex (addendum via GCotharn in Texas). Now there's a word that really fills a niche. No doubt our readers have some suggestions of their own. Your task is to change 1 letter in an existing word, in order to create a new one. Provide a definition. Use the Comments.

The contest is called the Style Invitational, and has been running in the Post on Sundays for ten years now.

Foreploy might also include misrepresentations about the other person for the purpose of obtaining sex.
